The Oxford Home Improvement Agency is a service which offers invaluable support to residents of Oxford City. Our purpose is to help people remain safe, secure, independent and warm in their own homes.
The HIA can be accessed by:
- Anyone aged 60 or over
- People who are registered disabled
- People suffering with a long term health issue
- People on a low income
The HIA offers a low cost Small Repairs Service. It is a scheme to help with various small jobs that need completing within the home. It covers Home Safety, Home Security, Key Safes, Minor Electrical and Plumbing Works and General Repairs.
We also offer Disabled Facilities Grants; Essential Repairs Grants and Flexible Home Improvement Loans.
