Not only has Age Concern Business Directory Ltd. carried out checks on every company / trader, our staff also monitor customer feedback and will step in to mediate should a customer and supplier be unable to resolve a problem. Most importantly, every company / trader has agreed to uphold our "Customer Charter" which stipulates that they will:

  • Provide a safe and clean working environment at the company / trade premises and, where appropriate, when undertaking work within customers' homes
  • Maintain adequate employers and public liability insurance and provide such information to customers where appropriate
  • Ensure that all staff, other companies within the group, sub-contractors and other relevant companies and individuals adhere to these standards at all times when dealing with customers.
